Homebuying process was very satisfying, from customer service to design studio and most especially the building team. It was our first home and I was a little skeptical about using Mattamy, but we wanted a community not far from our previous home and they were the only ones with a reasonable price within our budget.
My home is beautiful, i particularly love my kitchen (FYI, some of their standard selections may be basic but there are lots of options to upgrade....you really get what you paid for).
