We were completely unhappy with our last cleaning service, so we scanned Homestars for whoever seemed the most professional, and Maret's fit the bill. As others have mentioned it's not the lowest-cost option, but we were more than fed up with the poor performance of the low-cost options so we decided to test Marets' value. We were NOT disappointed. Maret's team does an incredibly thorough job when cleaning. In fact, they're so thorough that we switched from once a week to once every two weeks. We could never have pulled that off with our old cleaner. So that certainly defrays the cost.
They've also accommodated every suggestion and request, including when our schedule necessitated a day change. Jackie constantly asks for feedback on their service and the cleaners' performance, which is a welcome change.
All in all we couldn't be happier with the service we get from Maret's. Worth every penny!
