This is the 3rd time we have used Magic Monkey services for eavestrough cleaning. We have actually never met Patrick, but each and every time the response has been quick, efficient and price is fair for services provided.
Recently we were noticing large amounts of water was dripping from the eaves during rainfall and large splashes of water onto the side of our exterior brick house. We emailed Patrick and he came out the next day to assess the situation and discovered that it was a poor eavestrough connection from two different systems that was done by a previous contractor. There were copious amounts of leaves and debris clogging up the downspout and hence causing water to back up towards the top of the roof. He provided a quote and came back ~ a week later to fix the problem by providing new downspout and properly connected two areas. The bill is left in the mail and we provide EMT...easy peasy.
Despite never having actually met Patrick, we have been satisfied with the work done and have mutual trust. Magic Monkey is our go to company for any eavestrough issues. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
