Jack knew immediately and exactly what the problem was and how to repair it. (Had other plumbing companies in the past for the same problem, who tried to figure out the problem, to no avail).
Jack repaired and cleaned under the flange, before the final flange kit was aligned placed securely. When the work was completed - all in perfect working condition, toilet flushes without any leaking, and bathroom left spotlessly clean. Also, Jack unplugged other bathroom drain with ease.
Jack is polite, pleasant, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and an expert plumber. A+++++
