Service is good but better communication is suggested. I have had to call customer service for some issues, but to their credit, it has always been resolved to my satisfaction.

Our service reports are dropped off at your door, but also emailed to you after every service visit and logged in your account that is accessible online only to you 24/7. We also have regular emailed alerts and newsletters. We will also call if an urgent concern is noted at your property. We use a lot of technology to ensure the best service in the business including gps tracking, mobile computers in each truck that track progress on lawns and log activity on your lawn.
