Prepaid Protector Package (PP) for 2016, about 375 dollars in March 2016. Protector Package includes 7 visits. I received one service on April 14 and none since then. It is now May 28. Customer service is pleasant and has reminded me twice that service intervals are 4 to 6 weeks. We are now in week 7 however. I am wondering whether there was a scheduling mistake or the company has deliberately skipped a service to save money and their time. Their polite customer service is what keeps me hopeful. On the other I will never again prepay a lawn service plan with Lawnsavers or (for that matter) any other lawn service company.

I'm sorry you feel that you aren't getting the service you expect. Our services are always subject to weather and if you recall, everyone had to shut down for a whole week in April with unexpected snow and severe frost. Applications during that time (or in times of severe heat like right now) would injure our customers lawns rather than help. We will always get your services in throughout the season, and we'll ensure they are done so that your lawn benefits. In the meanwhile, please call me so I can make sure you are taken care of. Also, if you wish to pay as you go, that is fine with us, prepayment is offered as a convenience to our customers to lessen paperwork, while giving you a generous discount for doing so. Kyle.
