Excellent in-store and at –home service. Maria was very helpful and patient explaining variety do Hunter Douglas products and features even after repeated visits to the store and especially when selecting colours. George spent a great deal of time measuring uneven window openings in our condo so when it came to installation envying fitted perfectly. He also saved us money by suggesting using standard width of blinds so as not to go to custom orders.
The installer was also very professional, clean and very friendly. Even after discovering small factory defect twice (by installer himself) in one of the Pirouette blinds Kingsway ordered new ones without question not charging us until the new product was installed to our satisfaction.
On top of it, the price was very competitive and we even got $100 rebate by presenting a coupon after we signed off on the deal. All in all we were very pleased with the whole experience and enjoy our window coverings and will recommend Kingsway Carpet and Blinds to all our friends and acquaintances.
