Kingsway Carpets & Blinds

Purchased flooring and installation from Kingsway Carpets and Blinds based on reviews from Homestars, and was absolutely not disappointed with my decision.

I initially went in, and chose a very beautiful Engineered Hardwood to have installed in my condo. There was a tremendous amount of selection but I (of course) zeroed in on what was likely the most expensive piece of flooring in the store. Hani from Kingsway Carpet and Blinds was quick to point out that the colour was likely not suited to the light levels in my condo, but I was still prepared to purchase the flooring on the spot. He insisted that I take a few samples home, and he sent me home with some samples that I felt were too light for my application. After I got the samples home, I found that he had been right, and chose to go with a lighter colour, which ended up being a much cheaper alternative.

While I was happy to pay more, they were solely focused on my satisfaction and used their expert knowledge to save me money and get me the right floor.

The installation was done on short notice on the exact dates that I requested. I wasn't home for the installation as I was out of town, but left instructions for access with Hani and the installers. I came back to find a masterfully installed floor with no flaws, and a very clean condo with no work debris and very little dust to speak of.
