Lady on the phine very nice and helpful.
A few problems:
Guy said he would have the office call me so a replacement foot could be ordered. I never got a call.
The guy asked for a drink of water and to use the bathroom. He had a number two and made my house skink. I has to clean the bathroom. Very unprofessional. Perhaps I should be charging to have my bathroom cleaned.
