John is someone I know I can (& have) call on into the wee hours of the morning, leaving him a message that he need not return my call until morning but within minutes he is on the phone, calling me back to help me address my problem. Whether it is a minor issue that he is able to walk me through over the phone and get my furnace running again, or something more serious that requires a service call, he is always prompt, responsive, thorough and I have always found him to be extremely knowledgeable about HVAC equipment. Over the past couple years, he has serviced my Furnace, A/C unit and both of my gas fireplaces and eventually installed a brand-new high-efficiency furnace, which he was able to complete in a single day, including all the necessary ductwork. He never attempts to up-sell you and is always extremely honest regarding what you may or may not need.
