Closet & Storage Solutions review in Toronto

I have used Jia Jia Movers approximately 6 times and have been happy with their service all but 1 time. However, once I complained about my concerns, they investigated my complaint and provided me with a gas gift card and some money back. I do recommend Jia Jia Movers, as I have been quite pleased with their service.

I recently used Jia Jia movers because I have used them about 6 times in the past and was quite happy with their service.

However, this company is not the way it used to be and I'm writing this review because I was very disappointed with this last move.

The 2 workers were very slow and asked to take breaks a number of times, asked for drinks, which is fine, but they were not even working fast!
They also complained about the space being too big, however, I made it very clear how big the space was when I ordered the movers.
Lastly, when I paid at the end and gave a tip, I was shocked when the mover asked for more money for his tip.

Needless to say, I was unhappy with your service and will not be using Jia Jia moving again, nor will I recommend this service.
