After weeks of frustration with my hot water tank persistently going off, I decided to throw caution to the wind and search the internet for a hot water tank contractor. Having been burned several times by shoddy contractors, I was a little hesitant; which is understandable. However, on my initial search I found J & S services along with several other companies that came up on the page. Needless to say I am thankful I followed my instinct and called J & S. services. The person I spoke with was very nice and so, after awkwardly trying to explain what I think the problem is, she assured me someone would come by and take a look. A few hours later I received a phone call saying Scott was on his way. After Scott got here he diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me. Within an hour the problem was fixed. Thank you J & S and thank you Scott. I have to say Scott is a very pleasant kindly young man who assured me that he was very honest lol.
