Terrible customer service. Workmanship was shoddy. Contact person was Terri who would not agree to resend a plumber out without re-charging for another service call. Sounded professional over the phone but just interested in making a buck off customer's backs. Stay away!

We prides ourselves on customer satisfaction and fair pricing, this isolated incident was the result of a misunderstanding between customer and company policy with regards to warranty related services calls. The customer was offered a solution to repair the current issue and declined.
