I asked for an estimate but decided NOT to proceed as I solved the problem myself. One month later they phone asking for payment for the service. I explained that I didnt use them , then they say I had to pay for the estimate$85!
Told them that I didnt agree to pay for an estimate nor did they tell me there was going to be a cost for it.

The confusion here is that the charge is not an estimate....it is an inspection fee which you agreed to. We sent a technician to your home to help you with your infestation, and determine what is causing your issues. You were informed there would be a charge for a licensed technician to come to your home, spend 1/2 hour with you let you know what is causing the problem you are having and explaining the solution. Your decision to handle the issue yourself is perfectly fine, however, without our expertise and time and money spend to help you to do it yourself, there was a fee. This was clearly explained when you booked the appointment. You refused to pay for services rendered AFTER the job was done.
