This is a very dishonest company. I was promised a refund of the inspection fee if we used their service.
We did, and after the work was completed they denied us the refund.
I would never use this company.

Dear Ell
You were offered a discount based on the amount of the quote. When you decided to do only part of the quote, when we were already on site. As you only did partial work and total equated to less than half the original quote, it was impossible for us to discount a job that was not done.
