Worst Moving Experience of My Life
Worst experience ever. Said they had packed up when they hadn't, disappeared with our belongings for 3 entire days with zero update and multiple excuses including, "Oh the driver is a couple hours away". In fact, the driver hadn't even loaded up the truck at our pick-up location which was 7 hours away. Only after I filed a police report did they eventually show up, only to demand $200 extra because our pick-up location had stairs... which the owner had seen as he had visited for an in-person quote at the beginning of the project. Don't get me started on how he laughed at us and dared us to take him to small claims after we spent two nights sleeping on hardwood floors without any of our belongings after moving to a new city to start new jobs. Absolutely criminal in my opinion. Consider yourself warned!
