Iberia Landscape Services Ltd

I contacted Iberia Landscape Services because of their excellent reviews on HomeStars. Our project was a 10' by 16' patio for our backyard, not a huge job but very important for us, as we are hoping that it will last for many years.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Iberia. My expectations were already pretty high because of the reviews, but they were exceeded in every possible way!

My initial contacted was with Michelle in Sales. I wrote her an email at about 5:45 pm on a Thursday, expecting to hear back from her in a day or two. She emailed me back in about seven minutes! She was so friendly and helpful that it turned out to be much easier than I expected to get the process started.

In terms of the actual job, nothing but positives, and we are thrilled with the result.

Iberia personnel always arrived at my house at the appointed times, in spite of the brutal traffic on Highway 7, due to construction. Chris Altuna, who was in charge of the project, was great to deal with, again very friendly, and with many helpful suggestions. I also had the pleasure of meeting Frank Altuna, who founded the company back in the 1970s. Having that many years of experience also inspires a lot of confidence.

I also want to thank Juan, Ernesto and Samuel, who executed the project to perfection. Very hard workers, and very skillful.

I would like to express special appreciation to Chris and Frank and the crew for all the extra touches, things that I would not have even even thought of, that have led to a really wonderful result.
