Husky installed my new Furnace and A/C in June of 2014. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Dmitri and the staff at Husky. Very professional and knowledgeable. All work was completed as promised and received all of the rebates as promised. I would highly recommend Husky Heating and Air Conditioning. 10/10

Husky was one of the three companies I called for possible replacement of our 23 years old Lennox furnace. Dimitry from Husky came and was very helpful with with our options in an old uninsulated house. We chose the LennoxSLP98V.
The two installers Sergej and Gary did a great job of installing the furnace, very knowledgable, friendly,personable. All done in one day. Good experience.

I called Husky Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote on a furnace and A/C replacement ( I also received quotes from two other companies). Dmitri arrived on time and analyzed what I had and what could be used to replace the equipment. We discussed several Lennox options. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in responding to all questions and was not at all pushy. I decided to have a Lennox SLP98V furnace and Lennox XC14 (2.5 ton)A/C installed. I negotiated and we agreed upon a price which included an A/C winter cover and a free home air duct cleaning. He explained all the rebates that applied and stated that his office would handle all the paperwork for the rebate applications and registration of the appliances for warranty purposes. I was impressed with Dmitri. The installers arrived on time on the determined installation day. They lay down floor tarps along the entire path to the furnace room. Gary and Sergei were very personable, answering all of my questions as they worked. They seemed to be quite professional and careful in their approach. The installation was completed in one day and they cleaned up and removed all the old appliances and debris. As promised, their office handled the paperwork. Thank you Nika for being so assistive and for responding to my emails. Thank you all at Husky Air. The price listed includes all taxes but does not include the Lennox, OPA and Enbridge rebates which all do apply.

We had a great experience with this company. The appointment was next day and they came on time as promised. The installation was quick and professional. Thanks! Will surely call Husky in the future.

I called a few companies to get quote on purchasing a specific brand and specific model furnace (Lennox SLP98). After checking a few and hearing all sort of prices and sales pitches, I called Husky and talked to Dimitri, He gave me a quote which was competitive to others, was very straight forward and quoted exactly based on what I wanted. He didn't try at all to sell me more product or anything not needed. After agreeing with the price, Husky company booked the installers for the very next day and they showed up sharp on time. Both installers were professional and quick. They completed the task hassle free and answered all my questions.
The following business day, I got email from Husky office saying that they did register my furnace with manufacturer to get full warranty , plus they completed all the paper works to get all the rebates from manufacturer and from the OPA. Awesome job to say the least from the moment I called to get a quote to last part which was applying for rebates.
The only suggestion I have is that: It would be great if technicians wear booties, or to clean up the dust left behind. It is not a biggie but that's the only thing I can say for improvement.
I definitely use their service and recommend them to my friends.

I had a Carrier AC unit installed in the November. Although I haven't had a real chance to test it out, Husky did a great job of the installation. My only complaint is that they didn't wear booties or take their shoes off, thus leaving a fair bit of mud in my house which later had to be cleaned. Make sure to ask them to put booties on or remove shoes. Other than that, the install went well.

We recently purchased a home in the Yonge and Finch area and decided to replace the old HVAC equipment. We searched online and at homestars.com for reviews and decided to go with Husky Heating and Air Conditioning - and I'm glad we did. Dmitri came to our house and explained the details about the equipment that will suit our house as well as the rebates that we will get. We decided to go with the Signature Lennox collection. The installation took place on a Saturday and took around 6 hours to complete. We were very satisfied with the efficient and polite installers. The whole transaction left us wanting to recommend Husky Heating to anyone!

Hi everyone I find this forum very helpful and it tipped my decision to use Husky Services. Becouse of Ice storm I had to replace my Furnace . I have contact Husky, a technician came over check my furnace it had to be replaced. Dimity in very professional manners given me options and I got Lenox Elite. The next day 2 guys came over they work hard to give me the heat I desperately need it after some Power outage. I have to say I was very happy to see my Heat working again. Very nice very fast and very punctual. I will recommend them without any hesitation to friends and family.

Our 3 year old furnace stopped working one cold February day. I called Husky (they had installed our new Lennox furnace 3 years earlier), and Jim came to hour house 35 minutes later. Jim was knowledgeable, courteous, and had our furnace working again within minutes. He replaced a pressure switch that was covered under warranty. We paid for the service call only. We are very happy with this service. Too bad Lennox didn't make the parts of the furnace last longer!
