I bought a Rinnai RUC98 from Husky last weekend and I'm very happy with the choice I made.
The product works great and the installation went smoothly.
I talked to Dimitry on Friday and the installation got scheduled for Saturday, next day between 9 and 10 AM.
Sam was at my door at 9:02 AM and shortly after Ali came too, they explained me what they are going to do and were very professional and friendly.
They removed the old leaking tank too.
They cleaned up the site after and everything looks great, the entire family is happy now that we have hot water again.
