In the middle of the winter our furnace unit was not working well and we struggled keeping the house higher than at 18 degrees centigrade. We call Husky late in the day and booked for a repair appointment for early next morning between 9 and 11 am. Dave, the Husky technician, phoned us at 8:40 am indicating that he was to arrive to our home in 20 minutes. Dave arrived at 8:55 am and in less than one hour everything was working perfectly well. Dave was very informative and explained to us what was wrong with the furnace, how to solve the problem and the cost of the repair. Dave’s job was very professional, informative and provided us with tips to make better cost efficient use of the furnace unit. We are very glad we contacted Husky during our winter emergency, the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Husky !
