After they got you entered into the long term contract, the quality of the service just declined significantly.
The company is being reluctance to come to your house to check the malfunctioning products. You have to literally waiting for weeks before anyone would contact you. Unlike Rogers, their system is not compactable with any of your existing home alarm devices, detectors or they just feed you the story so they can save the trouble to travel to your house.
Please, be very cautious abour entering long term contract with this
company.

The company will process your cancellation the next month, just so they can collecting an extra month's charge, but the problem is they never sent that part of the agreement to me for review.
how can you expect customers sign one agreement at the beginning, and then at the end let them know that there’s another part of the agreement and you are obligate to it. They even threaten to send your personal info to collection agency if you don't pay
