This Location do not except any return or exchange if you purchase them from the other location over $500, and they will find your problem and talk to you as a criminal.
Bougt a Lawn Mower which is can not start, I brought to this location after 3 days I purchase to get it exchange or return. When they saw the product, they told me because I put too many oil without touch it. When I took out the measure tape and show them the mune to proof I did not too many. Then they said I put too many gas. They said I put too many gas to danage the machine. They do not want take it because they can not resell it????????????????????? Then I asked the manager name Mario, he did not listen to me anything. He told us, there're 2 ways: 1st, took it to the other location or they will send it back to the manufactory and get it repair. But there will be a fee for that!. When I ask the home depot 30 days warranty. Mario told me no warranty because I have already put oil and gas inside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I don't put them inside, how can I use it?? How can I find it work or no? When I ask him about the phone number I can camplain about it. He give me another store phone number which is not there. The whole took me about 1 hour and I feel I'm not there customer!
After that I ask 3 different people in this store, they all said they don't take any return or exchange if I bought the product not in their location.
So be careful to buy product which more than $500 in this location, there service is very very poor. I heard the guy called his manager on the phone said: There's a customer want to return the product which is over $500, blablabla...............
At last I went to another location and returned it without any quesions, and I bought another different model because the customer told me I am not the only people get this problem.
