I have recently installed exterior potlights and I want them to be on after dawn and stay on for no more than 4 hours. Thanks to HD who carries a wide selection fo timer switches. The one I bought is a programmable electronic timer switch which has built in intelligence to adjust for daylight saving time, plus it knows the sunset time and will adjust itself accordingly on a daily basis. That takes care of when my pot light should be on and I can simply program it to be off at 11pm ... this way I ensure I won't be consuming more than a few hours of energy each night.

The paint department at this Home Depot was very helpful to my fiance and I as we were taking on our first home project! We spent a long time in the department asking questions and they were very very patient about everything. In the end, we had a small error take place in terms of the finish of the paint and the staff apologized and helped us resolve the situation right away. Now that is service...

After is was put up I open it once and when I went to close it ripped. I then took it back to home depot. When I returned it I was told that many other people had returned it for the same problem.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my rookie questions. They were a big part of the success of this project. I built it, and they helped. Thanks for your help, Home Depot !!

I tried to find new parts and fixtures for the bathroom. The staff really helped explain how to install the products and what to look for.

Installer came out to do measurements and pricing at scheduled time. Came to install at a convenient time for us. Workmanship and quality of counter was very good. Price was excellent and cheaper than other quotes.

Offers a wide range of products, however locating a salesrep is quite challenging and frustrating. Overall, we are reasonably satisfied with Home Depot as they have helped us to renovate our home.

You can find all kinds of materials/ the kitchens are on display and it helps to see what you really want to do. The people are also very helpful.

The store is always quite busy, but the staff is generally very helpful. We had to get some kitchen backsplash tiles cut there and the person that did it was quite good and fair. There was one piece where he had to make quite a difficult cut and he warned us in advance that the tile may break...and when it did, we told him to try again and he did....but he only charged us for the one that was cut successfully. I would definitely go back there again if I needed something similar done.

Went to Home Depot to get some paint and painting supplies for my bedroom. An employee there was able to help me from the beginning to the end, from helping me choose a colour, to all the supplies needed. It was a great experience.
