Water Softner - Terrible Customer service and over priced product
We purchased a water softener. The filled yellow media material is leaking out of the system.
The system costing $3000 is expected to have very warranty and service. When the water softener have a problem, the store gave various prices to fix for the same job.
This store has no customers for this store. When you need a warranty, they will give different prices on the same items that need to be repaired. + that it is a very unorganized company structure.
The system is only costed approximately $1000 but selling for $3000.
In comparison, water softener products or typically selling around $800 ish, deliver out the same performance. same max water hardness, the same amount of salt.etc
with this kind of store, if you have any problems, you can not escalate and the person is making a final decision.
I highly don't suggest go with this store.
