Guildcraft Floors

We purchased wood to change all of our carpet to hardwood (1 floor). The milling of the wood was impeccable. The high quality makes sure that there are no creaky floorboards. Installation was also quick and easy as a result. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase wood for their projects.

I visited the facility on Sunday and decided to proceed on Tuesday and by following Sunday my two levels, including basement, was completed with 3 days of work.

I recently bought Exotic Natural Walnut flooring from Hardwood Giant, via Guildcraft Floors at 150 Britannia Road in Mississauga. I had a very positive experience. Sam, at Guildcraft Floors, provided useful information about the wood and how to have it laid as a floating floor by my own contractor. I bought the wood on sale in the Fall, and the Brampton Warehouse held my wood for three months until I was ready to have it laid in mid-January 2018. I had no problem returning two unopened cases of wood, and I received a full refund from Gagan, Assistant Manager at Hardwood Giant in Brampton. The wood is beautiful, and I am extremely pleased with my new floor! My only criticism is that delivery of the product should be made to the appropriate floor, as I live in a condo, not to the "garage". Sue G.

Great work by all involved including the sale man manny who was very helpful when looking for the right wood.
Work was done in a day and looks great. My only issues was the work crew not wearing covers for their shoes as they walked through my house to the work area. I understand that shoes are required for their safety but shoe coverings would have been a small but important touch.
I will be looking at guildcraft for additional new flooring in the near future. Great work!

The install was horrendous. The quality of work was juvenile.
Of course after we paid in full the customer service was negligible.

Initial sale was good, seemed like a company with experience. Once money was exchanged, lack of customer service was prevalent. Had to get flooring installed in a condo. Guildcraft didn't know where to find specs to provide to condo mgmt for underlay, pretty basic info it would seem. Booked install date 1 month in advance but Guildcraft attempted to change install date 24 hrs before pre-set date saying their installer quit. When new guy finally came to install, he told me Guildcraft do not pay their workers on time and if customer delays payment, then the workers don't get paid either. Beware, Guildcraft also uses other company names!

I bought 40 boxes of laminate wood . The products are very good and I really appreciate their excellent after sales service, especially their customer service associate Mr. Kamran. I had few unused laminate boxes to return. He was very helpful. He went out of the way to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this company and their product.

The service at Guildcraft flooring was exceptional, especially Karman who was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions regarding materials and installation. We had extra materials and when it can time to return the extra flooring, they were very accommodating with their return policy even though we were past the allowed date. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. We shopped around several stores and by far they were the best service and even better pricing! 5 stars all the way! Thanks Kamran!!!
