After being screwed around by Direct Energy I called GTA Heating and found Christian to be very helpful and productive in the information he provided me. Although we have not utilized his services (to date) his helpfullness and follow through was a refreshing suprise considering we were not customers of his. If the level of service provided by phone is indication of his work ethic I would highly recommend using him for your next job.
