Christian was great I spoke with him on issues I was having with my evaporator coil and pump (I've unfortunately had a lot of rookie HVAC experience having had lots of problems). He called me back and started to ask me about what was occurring and had some insight on what could be the problem before coming out.
I was at work when he came to look at our unit. He serviced my condenser, air handler,and found the issue with the coil. He thoroughly explained the issues to my wife and wrote a very thorough invoice, which I do appreciate. His price was very fair and we're already planning our next maintenance with him. This is the kind of HVAC service I want. As a side note, my wife was working from home and he patiently waited until she had a break to go over everything. I know he is paid by the job and didn't have to do this, but this is the kind of service he provides.
