They sent someone who I am not sure is a certified electrician. Problems with one of my lights in my unit, would flicker at unknown times so needed someone to come and check it.
They show up with new light fixture, ok, thought they might check wiring but we will see. They change the light fixture and do not even test it, what kind of an electrician does not even check to make sure what he did works!
Just glad I checked it shortly after he left and then had to go chase him down to come back and fix it properly. When caught him and told him it was not working his attitude was oh well! This was for my kitchen, had I not caught him, I would have had no light in my kitchen until they decided to come back again.
Also carrying around someone else's ID which I found strange. Asked for his name and refused to give his last name otherwise I could have checked to make sure he was actually a certified electrician.
