We purchased a Vent-A-Hood in October at full price. We had an electrician do the install & he informed us we were given a demo model or one that had already been installed.
The cover on 1 of the lights was also missing. Reached out to Karen before install was done & she just gives us the run around. Still trying to get this resolved.

We ordered a new fridge, range and over the counter microwave.....once we paid in full customer service was TERRIBLE!! delivery took over 4 months, we were told 2, our appliances came with scratches/ damaged and they are doing nothing to repair them, I have been told to contact local companies for repairs myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Purchased an outdoor fridge for my new outdoor kitchen paid July 1st when i ordered it. Got a call 2 days latter with delivery of Aug 2. We called the store a week before only to be told mid august. Called August 12th now a very rude Salesman told us is Sept some time and not to call store as we bought it online. still waiting now its Nov. NO One from the store or online has called us we have to call them, there sale staff must be busy selling appliance they can get . My wife called today and insteed of delivery I have to drive 2hrs to there warehouse.

I purchased Fridge/Stove/Dishwasher back in February and due to Covid I knew that there would be delays with the delivery. It is now October and I have yet to receive my Stove. Every time I call the delivery date is changed no one knows (including my sales rep) where my stove is and unfortunately because they have my $1000 deposit. I cannot walk away and buy it elsewhere. If I didn't constantly call them I would not have known about these date changes. I called Friday so livid and they escalated my concern that I have no friggin stove since February and still, no Manager/Owner has called me. This is absolutely unacceptable. Plus my Fridge came and I had to install my own handles. A customer spends over $10K on appliances and you have to install your own handles.

We recently purchased a dishwasher from Goemans. We had purchased appliances from them in the past and had been happy.

Because of COVID-19, our interactions with the sales team were online. We were initially put in contact with a salesperson who recommended one brand of dishwasher but, even with questioning, provided no other options (odd, and made us wonder if there was some sort of special commission from the specific brand). We finally had to contact a second salesperson who was helpful.

The dishwasher took 2 weeks to be delivered and installed (including new electrical box). It worked for one demonstration cycle and then has not been able to be turned on. Despite it failing within 12 hours of installation, Goemans is indicating we need to go through the company warranty and we’ve had no further contact from them. Not the support we expected, especially when the installation seems questionable.

Ordered appliances from Stoney Creek Goemans. Range arrived damaged and couldn't be leveled. Goemans said we had to go thru manufacturers warranty, they wouldn't do an exchange. We were left without a range for 25 days over Christmas. Not a fan of Goemans, our business will go elsewhere.

In 2012 purchased extended warranty for fridge with agreement that cost would be refunded if not used in 5 years. Never used warranty, but when tried to collect in 2017 Goemans reneged on deal. Company refused to honor commitments made by sales staff; just quoted from a brochure, which was different to agreement at time of sale. After several unproductive phone calls with customer service, and a letter to Vice President was only able to get 50% of warranty cost back. Most unsatisfactory. Apparently Goemans is OK with sales staff making promises to customers just to make a sale, then backtracking later. Unethical business practices. Stay away. Don't trust anything Goemans tells you.

Our experience with Goeman's was amazing until we we're to take delivery. Delivery didn't arrive as scheduled. Pieces were missing for the 2 stoves, dishwasher and vent hood. We had asked for the stoves to be converted to liquid propane but when delivered were still natural gas. It has now been over 4 weeks of phone calls to trying to get someone in to service the stoves and get us the missing parts. Never, never again. Terrible service.

Terrible customer service experience. After failing to deliver a functioning or damage free oven for the fourth time we were forced to contact Kitchen Aid directly. Goeman’s customer service was only interested in scheduling the next pick up. Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Clearly I am guilty of expecting something from Goeman’s that they are incapable of providing. Calls to the sales rep and store manager went unanswered. No one took responsibility for the situation they put us in. No one apologized, however Brett the store manager did offer us $20 off a microwave. They have a great selection, but I recommend buying from somewhere else.
