i was completely delighted with the entire process from star to finish. My salesman Jim McGrath explained everything clearly and quickly returned my calls when I had any questions. He took the time to explain my selection options for my windows and doors and the pros and cons of various styles. The team that did the work was great. Vinko and his team's work went beyond my expectations. They were friendly and easy to talk to. They explained what they were doing as the job progressed. They were very careful of the house and any mess created in a room as they replaced the windows and doors was cleaned up when that area was finished. They are all great ambassadors for the company.
