We had them replace our basement windows first, and based on these good results, had them return to do several other windows.GEM gave us clear detailed quotes with various price breakdowns to illustrate the options, accommodated unusual measurements and window configurations, as well as a custom colour for one window at the front of the house. All staff associated with GEM arrived on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. The installers were particularly good, doing a very complete and professional looking job and leaving the area clean. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the excellence of the installation. We found GEM easy to deal with, and would call on them again.
