Clearly advised what the product was, how it was made, and how long it should last. Install crew arrived on time, listened to my needs about what I thought should be done and how it should finish looking. Crew offered good ideas for me to reattach my existing inside 85year solid wood trim. Crew did a good job of cleaning up, protecting the interior before entry as well. 5 stars to Spiro-sales, and the crew-Joe and helper. Would not hesitate to use GEM again.

- Research at least 3 other vendors, even the ones you don't pick, may give you good alternate ideas when discussing the quote. Be sure to review installation techniques, and ask to deal directly with the installer before hand. Look at there samples, all look similar but are not the same quality.
