Garec's Cleaning Systems

Had a basement carpet destroyed by a tenant. As I was shopping for a new carpet the new tenant asked John to come by and see if he could get it cleaned. He guaranteed her he could get it cleaned and we were very clear unless it is a money back guarantee we will just replace it but he insisted and charged her $350 for the deep clean process. It did nothing. Within 2 days he was contacted and told it was being replaced and we would like the refund. He ignored our calls for weeks finally answering when we called from a neighbours phone. John went on about how he's been so busy with family issues he couldn't get to the business phone which is laughable as if, and he argued for a long time then finally said he would only give us $100 back. As pitiful as it was we said fine. It's been 2 mths and he did not ever send the refund and now ignores our calls and emails again. Do not give this company any money they take advantage of people, the quality of work is horrendous and they do not care to
make anything right or honor guarantee. Despicable.

I just wanted to say that we were so pleased with your services. We got your name from the reviews on homestars your employees were professional and hard working and did a very through job, my wife suffers from allergies fells so much better since getting our carpets and sofa and two chairs cleaned. Mr Garec cleaned my furniture and my large living room wool carpet today they came out beautiful the colors are stunning I had cleaners before and they never came this good they look brand new it was money well spent I will tell everyone in the condo where I live about this company thank you Mr Gare for the great job Sarah

We have had John do our carpets and we found him to be very honest, reliable and conscientious. We had an issue where our dog had made a mess on our carpets and John came out right away and cleaned them. He did an amazing job. We would use him again and would recommend him anytime.

Did a fantastic job on the interior of my car. All the old food stains are gone and it smells great! Now the seats for scotched and hopefully i will be more careful with food in the car.

John did excellent job removing cat urine from our furniture it's looks and smells wonderful we thought we had to buy new furniture also we had a small flood in our rec room he removed the water cleaned the carpet dried it out deodorize for the bad odor and the treatment to prevent for mold he sure saved us a lot of money if you need him call him John will not disappoint you Basil
