Bought a bed in Aug and the side pannel had cracked took a little while for them to replace the pannels becasue of the manufactures but it was done and the manager took this issue into his hands, he did a great job with customer sadisfaction, over all im happy and thankful this issue was taken care of .

Bought a bed in Aug but now the wood under the leather is just crumbling I can crush it with my hands . terrible customer service they have not done anything about it but send a bed technition didn't know there was such a thing and he can by and said he would buy a 2/4 and try and fix I am think that's a little ridiculous. said they would replace the bed then said they would replace the side beams and still I got nothing from them but an of man in my room offering to do what I can do myself I don't recommend buy water damaged furniture or terrible quality furniture From this place !
