Sofa purchased in Jun 2014 and delivered in April 2015 - recently settled with the vendor with discount. Two tools to always keep in mind:

2. Pay using a credit card so that leave you an option to dispute the charge later if needed.
Sofa purchase
I bought a sofa set in Jun 2014 and still have not received it as of today - Mar 2015.
Original expected delivery is Oct 2014, and when I called several times in Oct, it's always manager not in store, and someone will call me back. That never happened.
So here's a summary of my long and painful journey with them. When I called:
a) in early November, they said the delivery will happen before mid Dec;
b) in early Dec, they said the delivery will be early Jan;
c) in mid Jan, they said the delivery will be Feb 28;
d) in end Feb, they said the delivery will be Mar 20;
e) I called today - Mar 19, they said the delivery will be delayed again to next week. Very doubtful if it will happen.
EVERY SINGLE time I call and leave a message for someone to call me back, they always say yes, and NEVER called back - not a single time.
I am just very frustrated. Although I like the design and the quality seems good in the showroom (I have not received my actual merchandise to try yet), I am tired of all the broken promises. This is a business that DOES NOT KEEP ITS WORDS, and be careful in whatever they promise you.
Will never buy from it again.
