Mimmo Rondinone from ForeverStoneDesign demonstrated that he takes care in the quality of his company's work and for us he went the extra mile in terms of customer service. In addition to delivering a superb end-result here a few other points that earned our 10 out of 10 rating:
- the job was started and completed as scheduled
- the work site (i.e. our house) was kept clean & tidy
- follow-up & communication throughout the project
- the budget was respected
- hands-on attention to detail
