Clera Windows + Doors

The price was good and the sales person, Roddy, was convincing. The problems started after we signed the contract of course. First, the manufacturing DELAYED by 6-weeks and of course they just made excuse after excuse (in total it took a few months to finish). Secondly, booking installation was difficult. Then after the first winter one of the larger windows LEAKED immediately. Clera quickly sent someone to repair it but they did so by caulking the channel around the outside of the window. I later learned from an aluminum siding installer that this was the INCORRECT approach, that channel is meant to be left open so water can naturally flow around the window. Finally, one of our bedroom windows was POORLY installed and will not close properly after it is opened. We have called several times BOTH the local representative and the head office. I was able to reach an actual person ONLY once, they said I would be contacted by the repair team and that never happened. Now they do not pick up their phone and nobody is coming to fix it. They are a very DISRESPECTFUL service organization and CANNOT be trusted with something as important as your home's windows.
