We called Gary to give us an estimate on Clera Windows and we were so happy with the Quality and Price we ended up purchasing a new front door as well. The installers did a great job and we would recommend Clera to anyone looking for Quality at a reasonable price. Thank you Gary and your Installers.
Fast Forward 4 yrs..... I was cleaning the outside of the windows and noticed a 12inch area that was never caulked when the windows were installed...... I called to see of someone could stop by at their convenience and finish the job. I was told that this want not covered and would they could send someone to recaulk the entire window for $70..... All Im asking for is 12 inches of caulking and 2 min of there time. Unfortunately this doesn't sit well with me. I will no longer promote Clera Windows as I have in the past 4 years, And when I replace the doors in my house I will likely shop elsewhere.
