i had a very pleasant experience with Clera windows. Our sales rep Frank was very patient, professional, always accessible and understanding. We were not quite sure about one of the windows during installation and he was kind enough to mamke time to come by to take a look at it and discuss the situation with us. The windows are beautiful, clean lines and very smooth to use. The installation was absolutely amazing. Drew and his partner (sorry forgot his name) were so professional and did an amazing job. TheyThey too were very patient with us and accommodating when we had some concerns. The quality of their work was of a high standard. And we have had a bad experience int he past with another company.
Buying windows sometimes can tricky especially if you are changing very old styles to what is available today, so my only suggestion to everyone is if you are not sure to look at a sample. We didn't realize for our basement windows that because the new windows have a thicker frame than the VERY thin one's we had before, it made them look smaller. It might be a good idea to look at a sample if you are unsure of how it will look overall.
In conclusion, the experience with Cleara was awesome and I will definitely use them again.
