An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted to follow up with you and the team on installation of our new front door, particularly since we had a bit of a hard time with the installation delay and rebookings.
Bottom line is we really love the new door and the installation work was exceptional. The crew did a tremendous job with both the door and the finishes. They were quick, clean, and courteous throughout. We love the new door and would definitely recommend you guys in the future.
