Needed flooring put down before Easter Weekend. Chose flooring at End of the roll cuz TONY guarantee me product in stock in the store and schedule lay down April 6-7. As of March 18th 2023
March 22 Informed us that "some' flooring is missing, but on it way?
March 28 Informed us "ALL" flooring is missing, order will arrive in 8 days??...Lay down pushed to April 13-14...via text
April 6 Owner Jason confirm that mistakes were made. Our chosen flooring was not in store on March 18 like Tony told us.
April 10 Jason owner, threatened us to refund and drop our project ....Now we all have proof that it's their fault their mistakes and He still can not assure me that the project will happen
