Encore Windows & Doors

In my search to replace 3 large windows and a sliding door I received in person quotes by about 8 different vendors. Everyone seemed to be either over priced and used pressure sales tactics like trying to close me on the spot. Encore Windows was not only reasonable but by far this team has great products, people and service. Out of all the trades working on my home the team of 3x Michael's were stellar. We have more windows replace and will not bother shopping them around. If you want reliable, reputable and quality, don't look past this team. An easy 5/5 for Encore.

Michael had quoted us a new front door with sidelite and transome, which had been in our house for more than 60 years. The communication had been very easy and clean. From the moement we had decidce on the door style and options, the installer came and measure the house right the way and get the project started. The installer came on the day of install at around 7am, and remove our existing door/glass, and replace with a new one that is exactly to spec to how it was quoted. And the task was completed by 1pm. They even try to sweep and clean up and leave no trace of garbage or whatsoever.

This Company supplied and installed Windows fir my hone several years ago.
I was completely satisfied with their service at that time.
I also referred them to a Relative who also retained their service at that tine.
I kept their information on file for future service.

Meticulous detailed craftsmanship in installation and Michael gave us great advice for product to select. Windows and Doors are beautiful, functionality is great and they have made a massive improvement in the air flow in our old farmhouse. Recommend with complete confidence.

We have been dealing with encore windows for at least 15 years In the first job our second floor windows were all replaced to my surprise when I came back home from work everything was cleaned and tight up not a sign that a trade had change the windows however we had brand new windows caulking was done on the areas required I referred them to several of our clients and they were delighted we will continue using their services and referring the company to family and friends
