All of the personnel from sales through to installation were extremely friendly courtious and helpful.When possible they responded to our questions immediately and when not, they got back to us quickly. They were careful with our possessions and cleaned up well. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Encore Home Improvements replaced almost every window in our house – on time in both delivery and installation, with a quality product and at a reasonable price. Anthony is excellent in estimating the cost of the project. Ross & Michael are very precise with the final measurements for ordering the windows, that everything fits perfectly as the end result. I'm very happy with the detail work of Michael and Vincent, they're very considerate of keeping my house clean even though it was pouring rain outside. I appreciate every effort they have put in for my house. I really feel lucky to have hired them that it'll be hard for me to find such nice people again for future projects. It really felt I was watching a "live" Holmes show seeing how they have discovered and fixed the rotten wood underneath my bay window.
