Last fall, we finally decided that it was time to redo all the windows in our house along with the front door entrance. We knew this was a huge investment so we wanted to make sure that we had the right company do the work. Encore was definitely the right company! Mike listened to all the issues we had regarding our existing windows and front door entry and was able to provide us with options. We have a huge two storey window in the back of our house that we were unhappy with. Mike was able to modify the design so that it would meet our needs. Now we can look out that window and really appreciate the view of our backyard. Mike's patience and knowledge was really hi-lighted when it was time to choose a front door and transom. We had an idea of what we wanted but we were unable to find a picture of anything like it. Mike worked alongside us to design the door and the transom. He never pressured us to settle but wanted to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. He understood our need to make sure that the front entrance made the impression we wanted it to make as well as satisfying our need for privacy. After several weeks of design editing, we were finally satisfied and that was nothing to how satisfied we were when it finally got installed. What a difference! We love it, our family and friends love it, and our neighbours can't stop commenting. Mike's high level of knowledge and professionalism was maintained throughout the whole process. Once we finalized our decisions, the windows and doors were delivered and installed on time. I don't think we can say enough about George and Shawn. They always showed up on time, were very professional and organized and their workmanship was flawless. Before going home for the night, they always made sure to clean up and showed respect for our home, both inside and out. They went beyond our expectations. In the end, we are truly satisfied with the sales, service and product that we received from Encore. I would definitely use them again in the future and refer them to our friends and family.
