After moving into my very first house a radiator in my upstairs bedroom was leaking water into the floor resulting in water damage to the room directly below causing an alarming amount of bloated paint coming away from the wall.

He even saved me from replacing an "auto feeder" on my broiler for the time being as it wasn't necessary right away and can be done in the summer months.
