Worst Vacuum I have ever owned!!!! Heavy and very awkward to use, The power head shuts off constantly. The hose kinks far too easily.and there is no on board storage for the extra tools. It also loses suction. It worked fairly well for the first few months but after two years it is an expensive piece of plastic junk. I empty the bin regularly as well as cleaning the filter. Dyson has yet to respond to my email. It is still a bad vacuum and not worth the price,
