drapery and Roman drape cleaning
I found the total experience exemplary. Don came and reevaluated the work. He produced an estimate. The work was completed beautifully and in the timeframe promised. In reinstalling the drapery especially the Roman drapes, he and his team took great care to set it right.
Most importantly, he gave me an estimate as to when he would arrive on site, and phoned 10 minutes before arrival to alert us to the exact time. In all the years we have sought service industries, that has never been our experience. Usually they come in a time frame. Sort of in the morning or sometime during the day, or between such and such an hour. Nobody ever calls to say they'll be up in 10 minutes as Don does.
I would heartily recommend this company and their service.
