Supplied and installed a bathroom faucet
I called DrainWorks to fix what appeared to be a leak. Turns out the faucet that was in place - installed by the previous owner - was of cheap quality and it broke, and so had to be replaced. Jeff from DrainWorks supplied me with three choices - I liked having a choice - and he installed a new faucet that day.
There was also a matter of a leak due to a badly installed bathtub - installed by the previous owner - which Jeff tested and fixed to my relief.
I have to add that Jeff did this work, which took a couple of hours, while patiently putting up with the attention of my dog. Jeff was patient with the dog, and also in explaining the work that had to be done as well as the choices/options.
The plumber did arrive late but the company called me in advance to say that he would be late as he was delayed on a previous job - I was pleased with the phone call.
I am very happy with the service and would recommend DrainWorks gladly.
