As one of my laundry tub taps was leaking badly, I called DrainWorks and asked them to make a service call as soon as possible. This is my third time dealing with them and, on every occasion, I have been exceptionally happy with their service.
I called on a Thursday and spoke to Will who was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I told him that my taps were quite old and that the drip was rapidly getting worse. He took all the particulars and promised that someone would come as soon as possible, hopefully, the next day. Sure enough, he called again on Friday and said that they would be able to come that afternoon. Chris Léger and a new associate arrived promptly at the appointed time and could tell right away that I would need a completely new set of taps. I was quickly given an estimate for the work needed and, as I found it very reasonable, I agreed to have the work done right away.
I am happy to report that I now have a new set of gleaming copper taps, in addition to new and improved hoses for my washing machine. The work was completed on a timely basis and I especially appreciated that, as is their custom, there was no mess for me to clean up. I was also provided with a service warranty.
Chris also pointed out to me that I needed a main water valve replacement as it was also leaking and was kind enough to recommend a company that did this type of work.
I will definitely call DrainWorks again for any future work I may require and will recommend them to my friends and neighbours, as I have already done in the past.
