Reliable and effective, although somewhat expensive. I've had them do several plumbing repairs over the years. They carry the Toto line on toilets on their truck, so replacement was seamless. I probably could have bought the toilet cheaper somewhere else, but it was worth the convenience of having it fixed and replaced within an hour.
